On-Site Registration Policy: Pre-registration packets will be released only to the individual whose name appears on the badge. Proper identification (driver's license,credit card, etc.) may be required. Business cards will not be accepted as appropriate ID.

Academic Fee: Full-time students enrolled for 12 credit hours or more per semester at an accredited university and faculty are eligible to attend the 2011 Promotion Marketing Law Conference at a reduced rate. To qualify students must submit either a bursar's receipt or a letter from the Dean or Registrar. Student registrants will be affiliated with the school noted on their badge and in roster.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: We understand plans can change. All cancellations must be submitted in writing on company letterhead. A full refund, less $100 administrative fee, will be issued if notification is received on or before October 14, 2011. Cancellations received after October 14, 2011 and before October 28, 2011 are subject to a $300 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after October 28, 2011. Substitutions for registrants within the same company are permitted if requested in writing on a timely basis. Registrations are not transferable to other PMA events. PMA reserves the right to cancel or suspend this conference if conditions warrant. PMA assumes no liability for individual expenses committed and/or incurred to and from the conference site in the event of conference cancellation or suspension.
