Cancellation/ Refund Policy: We understand plans can change. Full refund will be issued for written cancellations if received on or before March 8, 2011. Cancellations received after March 8, 2011 and before March 22, 2011 are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after March 22, 2011. Substitutions for registrants within the same company are permitted if requested in writing on a timely basis. Registrations are not transferable to other PMA events. PMA reserves the right to cancel or suspend this conference if conditions warrant. PMA assumes no liability for individual expenses committed and or incurred to and from the conference site in the event of conference cancellation or suspension.
