D.L. Ryan Companies and Solution Set/Media Whiz Create Hyper Marketing Inc.

D.L. Ryan Companies, the largest independent marketing services agency in the U.S., and long-time active member of PMA, has merged with Solution Set and Media Whiz to Create Hyper Marketing, Inc (HMI). The new group will include all the DLRC brands including Ryan Partnership, RPM Connect and Catapult. HMI leadership includes Zain Raj as CEO, Paul Kramer as President, and Dave Ryan, founder and chairman of D.L. Ryan Companies, as Vice Chairman. "Combining the resources of DLRC and Solution Set/Media Whiz creates by far the largest independent marketing services agency in the country with 19 offices and over 1300 employees. One of the exciting aspects of this merger is that the capabilities of the network agencies are complementary, not competitive”, said Paul Kramer, President.

HMI is a portfolio company of Lake Capital, a private equity firm based in Chicago
